Steps To Enroll

Contact us today by phone, email, or complete our online form. We can conveniently schedule a tour and answer any questions you may have. Visit our facility and meet the team of professionals responsible for your child’s care. Please contact us if you need assistance completing the intake form and obtaining a prescription from your pediatrician.

2.

Contact your child’s pediatrician, primary care physician, or specialist to inquire if a prescription for PPEC services will best suit your child’s needs.

3.

We will confirm your eligibility and proceed to formulate a Plan of Care with your child’s pediatrician, primary care physician, or specialist.

4.

As soon as your child is enrolled, if needed or requested, our provider-supervised transportation service will assist you in transporting them to and from our location.

5.

Your Child’s first day at Happy Kids PPEC.
